Job Title: Supply Chain Transformation Manager

Location: Southeast Asia – preferred location Bali, Indonesia - work from home welcome with regular travels in the region – Philippines, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, China

Experience: Mid senior role: 5-8 years in sustainability and agricultural supply chains or change

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead market transformation initiatives within the coconut sector in Southeast Asia.

  • ~70% Dialogue (industry alignment and engagement)

  • ~30% Impact work (delivering tools, landscape initiatives, programmatic work in sustainable farming)

• Engage with industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive sustainability efforts.

  • Facilitate and moderate working groups, trainings, events to promote dialogue and cooperative actions.

• Manage events, webinars, IT platforms and email communication.

• Write compelling and informative blog articles to advocate for sustainable practices.

• Act as a proficient and charismatic communicator, motivating members to actively collaborate and contribute to the organization's objectives.

 

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in sustainability, agricultural supply chains, or related fields. Familiarity with the coconut industry and sustainability challenges in Southeast Asia is a plus.

• Adaptable & willing to work in a dynamic start up environment and an organization in incubation phase where activities may evolve over the course of the year.

• Excellent moderation skills to facilitate productive working group discussions.

• Excellent writing skills and proficiency in crafting engaging blog articles that promote sustainability and organizational goals.

• Exceptional communication skills, inspiring members to actively participate in sustainable initiatives.

• Proficiency in Tagalog – Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
